Key Updates to GenesisGEO Lite:

1. Compact design

The design is more compact, significantly saving laboratory space, and facilitates easy transport and flexible deployment; the user interface is ergonomically designed.Compared to the previous-generation GenesisGEO system, the GenesisGEO Lite is 15% smaller overall and can easily fit through standard laboratory doorways (≥90 cm).The forward-tilted touchscreen control panel features a 21.5-inch high-definition industrial display, with an interface layout designed according to ergonomic principles.

2. Optimization of Optical Systems

The optical path has been redesigned and finely tuned to achieve the following performance improvements:

Optimization of the taper of an erosion pit:Effectively reduces the taper of the erosion pit and improves depth resolution.

Microscopic analysis capabilities:Supports a minimum spot size of 1 μm, meeting the requirements for high-spatial-resolution imaging

Improved Focus Tolerance:Reduces sensitivity to sample surface flatness, maintaining stable ablation efficiency and signal intensity even on slightly uneven sample surfaces, thereby improving data reproducibility.

3. Reconstruction of the Flow Field in the Tank

The internal airflow pattern within the sample chamber has been optimized through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to ensure a stable and clean ablation environment.

4. Quick-release dual-volume erosion tank

Featuring an innovative quick-release erosion tank design, the system is equipped with two erosion tank modules designed for different functions:

Quick-switch mechanism:The erosion cell can be replaced in seconds without the need for any special tools.

Dual-mode compatibility:The analysis chamber is suitable for high-precision quantitative analysis, while the imaging chamber is suitable for large-area imaging scans.

5. Enhanced suspension system

Mechanical stability and erosion resistance have been significantly improved; the transport structure has been optimized accordingly, ensuring that factory performance matches on-site performance and guaranteeing “ready-to-use” delivery.
